My name is Lawrence Pevec. You may have seen my van around Boulder, Longmont, Louisville, and Lafayette. I’m an independent handyman, and my customers are homeowners, property managers of rental housing, and owners and managers of office buildings. Welcome to my website.
You’re probably looking for someone to help with a repair, installation, assembly, or small renovation project in your home, rental property, or commercial space. I offer a broad range of home improvement and home maintenance experience. If something is broken at your house, I can usually fix it. If something needs to be installed or assembled, I can do it. If you want a new deck or fence, I can build it. Here’s what you can expect when you become my customer:
I’m skilled in a variety of handyman tasks.
Creative. I spent many years in three-dimensional and graphic design, as well as film and television art direction, so I’ve solved a lot of problems with creative solutions. I can usually figure out how to accomplish the trickiest repair, find the right part, or help you discover the least expensive solution for a home project. I find it more satisfying to fix something than to install something new.
Reliable. If I say I’ll be there at 10:00, that’s when I’ll be there, or you’ll know why I’m delayed.
Trustworthy. You don’t have to be home to know that your pet won’t escape, your carpets will be protected, and the house will be locked when I leave.
Accommodating. I’ll do everything I can to fit your work into my schedule in a timely manner, and get it done quickly.
